- Prepare business for transaction readiness and position for best and highest outcomes
- Collect corporate information and assemble initial data room
- Construct/update current year budget and five-year projections
- If EROC BTS is engaged as Broker:
- Prepare required presentation material: one-pager, Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), etc
- Identify qualified buyer list and execute outreach and initial interviews
- Work with Seller through successful execution of transaction
- If EROC is engaged as consultant through sale:
- Make introductions to investment bankers and other transaction professionals and manage selection processes
- Provide support through due diligence process
- Support management through final negotiation and closing
